Introduction

The Gravimetric Dosing & Blending Unit is designed for high-precision gravimetric dosing and homogeneous blending of multiple plastic raw materials.

It provides accurate and repeatable material proportioning for injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, and compounding processes, helping manufacturers maintain consistent formulations, reduce material waste, and improve production stability.

Overview

The system automatically weighs each material component according to the preset recipe and discharges the measured materials into the mixing chamber for uniform blending.

A PLC-based control system continuously compares the actual weighing results with the preset values and automatically optimizes the dosing process to maintain stable recipe accuracy.

The standard system supports up to 4 material components and can be customized for 5, 6, or more componentsaccording to production requirements.

With multiple capacity options and flexible machine-mounted or floor-standing configurations, the system can be integrated with injection molding machines, extruders, blow molding machines, and centralized material handling systems.
